Generation Bass Presents: Sabbo “Deepaton”

Tuesday, September 20th, 2011

Sabbo is an extremely talented producer from the Soulico crew out of Tel-Aviv. Last summer we journeyed to the Wailing Wall together in Jerusalem. I don’t know what he prayed for, but he has certainly been killing sound ever since. Here is another Sabbo release on the (hot like fiyaah) Generation Bass label. This one is a Moombahton release, like much of the new music coming out.

Music fans: This is an official view of the cutting edge.

Neki Stranac – The Dark Side of the Moomb by NEKI STRANAC

I have not written extensively about Moombahton and its related genres, simply because it is in a constant state of mutation. The minute you try to pin down something about it, the core of producers responsible for its creation have moved on. Moombahton is something that is truly organic, collaborative and unfolding as we speak. Somewhere at the center of it all are names like Munchi, Dave Nada, Sabbo, SaBo, Caballo, Sarah Young and Neki Stranac.

Now comes a video mashup for the title track. Wickeddd
